Introduction

This article describes the notification that Sellers receive when a Customer requests changes to a quote. The notification includes pricing details for each item and totals per Billing Cycle, enabling Sellers to review the requested modifications and respond appropriately.

When the notification is triggered

The Platform automatically sends this notification when a Customer requests changes to a quote and the quote status is set to "Change Requested".

The notification includes the Customer's comment explaining the requested changes.

Notification recipients

To: Seller Account Manager

Cc (optional): Seller Primary

Bcc (optional): Additional recipients as configured

Notification recipients can be edited on the Settings page.

Notification content

The notification displays the following information:

• Customer name and organization
• Link to the quote that requires changes
• Complete list of items in the quote with quantity and amount
• Total amount per Billing Cycle in the appropriate currency
• Customer comments explaining the requested changes
• "Edit quote" button for direct access to modify the quote

The notification also includes a link to Customer Support for additional assistance.

This notification ensures Sellers are promptly informed when Customers request quote modifications, providing all necessary pricing and comment information to facilitate quick responses and quote adjustments.
