User-related notifications inform you about Platform User activities, including invitations and permission changes.

- Users - New User invited / InviteUser: Automated invitation process when new Platform Users are invited to join an Organization, including invitation validity period and recipient configuration options
- Users - New permissions assigned / PermissionsGranted: Notification sent when new permissions are assigned to an existing user account, informing them about updated access rights
Order notifications
Order notifications keep you informed about Order status changes, provisioning updates, and actions required during the order lifecycle.
Available notifications:
- Order Norifications - The status of the Order changed / OrderStatusChanged: Automatic notifications for Order status updates including In Progress, Completed, and Completed With Errors
- Order Notifications - Order Note Added / OrderNoteAdded: Alerts when notes are added to Orders, enabling stakeholders to follow up on information or actions requested
- Order Notifications - Orders - pending approval / OrderPendingApproval: Alerts when Orders require approval, essential for multi-tier approval processes and compliance

Subscription notifications
Subscription notifications provide updates on Subscription lifecycle events, including renewals, expirations, provisioning, and changes.

Organization notifications inform you about Organization status changes, new registrations, and Tenant creation.

- Scheduled Ordes Notifications - Scheduled Order - Changes Successfully / OrderScheduledChangeSuccess: Notification confirming successful changes to scheduled orders
- Schedule Orders Notifications - Custom date scheduled order cancellation / OrderScheduledCancel: Notification when scheduled change is canceled on custom date

- Scheduled Orders Notifications - Attention required / AttentionRequired : This notification is triggered when Scheduled Order is failing to be processed on Scheduled Date.
