Enhanced User Management Interface and Invitation Experience
The Users management interface was improved to provide modern and intuitive experience. The Users grid now features an updated design, including color-coded status indicators (green for Active, red for Blocked, blue for New), an improved search box, and a new "Invited By" column to track invitation sources. We've streamlined user actions with intuitive icons and tooltips, relocated the "Invite New" button for easier access, and added export functionality for both current selections and complete data sets. The enhanced invitation form provides detailed guidance for each identity provider option (Custom User Database, Azure AD, Microsoft Personal Accounts, Google Workspace, and IBM ID), helping administrators choose the most appropriate authentication method for their users. These enhancements reduce the time spent on user administration tasks and minimize invitation errors by providing clearer guidance and more intuitive controls.

Dynamic Visibility Control Based on Action Button State
Extended dynamic logic in Product Management Tool's Design section allows controls to be shown or hidden based on the value of an Action Button (IsValid: True/False). Before an Action Button is clicked, all associated elements are hidden by default, ensuring a clean and guided user experience. Vendors can now configure visibility rules tied directly to user actions, enabling more interactive, step-driven flows such as validations, confirmations, or conditional data entry. This capability improves usability, reduces user errors, and supports more sophisticated business scenarios such as progressive disclosure, compliance checks, and guided selling, ultimately leading to faster decision-making and higher-quality configurations.

External Invoice ID Added for Invoices Section
The Invoices experience has been extended with a new External Invoice ID column to support partners generating Invoices in external systems. This field allows externally generated invoice identifiers to be stored and referenced alongside platform invoices, improving reconciliation and cross-system traceability. The column is available in both Incoming and Outgoing invoices, is blank by default, and can be shown or hidden via Choose columns, as well as filtered and sorted for easier navigation. When populated for distributor outgoing invoices, the value is also visible to sellers on incoming invoices, and it can be created or updated programmatically via API - supporting flexible, scalable invoice management as billing workflows evolve.

Modern Organizations and Subscriptions Grids Now Default – Legacy View to Be Retired
The Modern Organizations and Modern Subscriptions Grids are now set as the default experience for all users, delivering improved performance, enhanced usability, and a more consistent interface across the platform. This update ensures faster navigation, better data visibility, and a streamlined workflow for managing organizations and subscriptions. As part of this transition, access to the legacy grids will be deprecated and removed, simplifying the user experience and allowing continued investment in the enhanced modern view to drive greater operational efficiency and long-term platform scalability.

Redesigned Seller Creation Form
The redesigned Seller Creation Form improves usability and efficiency while maintaining all existing functionality. With a streamlined section collapsible layout, stronger real-time validations, improved invoicing configuration, and structured Vendor Contract management, the new design reduces errors, accelerates onboarding, and improves data accuracy. Clearer interface minimizes operational risk - enabling faster, more reliable Seller and Distributor setup without impacting current business processes.

Proactive Warning for End Date Alignment on Scheduled Orders
Platform now displays a proactive warning when scheduling an order on renewal or on a custom date, and an end date alignment option other than None is selected. The message highlights common scenarios where scheduled orders can fail - such as calendar-aligned dates expiring or subscription-aligned dates becoming invalid - helping users validate alignment choices before execution. This improvement increases transparency, reduces the number of failed scheduled orders, and supports more reliable long-term order planning by prompting users to confirm that the selected alignments will remain valid at execution time.

Refined Messaging for Credit Risk Management - Restricted Purchase Options
Platform messaging for restricted purchase options has been refined to improve the buying experience and partner interactions. When a billing cycle, commitment term, or any combination is unavailable due to risk controls, a single, consistent message is now displayed: “This option is not available for direct purchase. Please contact your sales representative for assistance.” This improvement softens the user-facing language, reduces friction during catalog exploration, and guides customers toward sales-assisted paths - supporting smoother evaluations while preserving existing Risk Management safeguards.

New Order Processing Failure Notifications
Two new notification events - Purchase Order Error (Workflow) and Change Order Error (Workflow) were added to Attention Required Webhook - to provide real-time visibility into order processing failures. These events deliver comprehensive, structured payloads including Customer, Reseller, Vendor, Product, Subscription, and Order identifiers, along with precise UTC and ISO timestamps and detailed error messages. By enabling immediate system-to-system notifications when Purchase or Change Orders fail, this enhancement empowers partners to automate incident handling, accelerate troubleshooting, reduce operational downtime, and improve overall Order reliability.

Improved Duplicate Order Detection in Create Order API
The Platform APIs now detect duplicate OrderItemId submissions in the Create Order API endpoint and provide an immediate, clear error message explaining the reason for the failure. Previously, duplicate entries could pass initial validation and fail later in the workflow without transparent feedback. With this improvement, customers are clearly informed when an OrderItemId already exists, enabling faster issue resolution, preventing downstream processing failures, and reducing operational confusion.

Unified Search Experience Across Core Platform Sections
Platform now owns a consistent and intuitive search experience across Modern Organizations, Payment Terms, Credit Risk, Customer Prices, and both Incoming and Outgoing Invoices. By aligning all search boxes with the familiar behavior from the Subscription Overview, users can find information faster, reduce friction when switching between screens, and work more efficiently with greater confidence across critical financial and customer processes.
Microsoft Extended Term Timeline Updates
Microsoft has revised the rollout schedule for Extended Term subscriptions.
Key dates include:
- February 16, 2026 for production availability of the new UX and API enabling partners to select end-of-term paths (the Platform will implement default fallback auto-renewal behavior after Microsoft release to protect Customers from unexpected EST charges);
- February 28, 2026 for Partner Center data export containing subscriptions scheduled for Extended Term transition
- May 4, 2026 for enforcement of the modernized end-of-term experience.
Partners should review these updated timelines and prepare for the transition to ensure seamless subscription management and avoid any service disruptions for their customers.
